  • Manage assigned clients independently through individual counseling sessions.
  • Conduct group sessions.
  • Participate in monthly family meetings.
  • Coordinate with family members to provide progress updates and send progress reports every 15 days.
  • Identify psychological, emotional, or behavioral issues.
  • Diagnose psychological, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans and therapeutic processes.
  • Monitor client progress through regular meetings or sessions.
  • Offer therapy and treatments for mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, OCD, BPAD, substance use disorder, PTSD, somatic disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, personality disorders, and neurological disorders.
  • Observe patients in various situations; administer and interpret psychological tests to diagnose disorders and formulate treatment plans.
  • Help clients define goals and plan action for personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
  • Provide clinical supervision to less experienced psychologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Document therapy according to medical record policies.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  • Assist students serving psychological internships.
  • Evaluate new clients for admission.
  • Clarify doubts of potential clients referred by the marketing team through telephonic communication.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists to address medical issues faced by clients.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and documentation.
  • Prepare discharge summaries and conduct sessions with family members during discharge.
  • Conduct online follow-up sessions of discharged clients.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Minimum Degree: Master of Philosophy (MPhil) with RCI License
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist
  • Prior experience in dealing with substance use disorders preferred
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of psychological theory and practice
  • RCI certification requirements and standards
  • Ability to observe, assess, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress
  • Effective communication of medical information to clients
  • Psychological/developmental evaluation skills
  • Independent judgment and maintaining confidentiality
  • Assessing mental status and developing individual treatment goals and plans
  • Knowledge of psychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation
  • Emotional stability to cope with human suffering and stress
  • Record keeping skills
