Role Description
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
Manage and coordinate the MD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, MOM and correspondence as directed by the MD.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and manage communications, follow-ups, and documentation.
Track key business initiatives, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with other team members and assist in strategic projects and review meetings.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity and professionalism.
Perform research, data compilation, and create MIS reports or presentations as required.
Assist in event planning, meetings, and corporate communications.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Gujarati, English & Hindi)
- Experience with preparing and managing Reports
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving attitude
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with business documentation and report preparation.
