We are looking for a highly skilled Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in custom WordPress development, theme and plugin customization, and a solid understanding of modern web technologies. You will work on high-quality websites, ensure performance optimization, and lead technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, APIs).
  • Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and scalable WordPress solutions.
  • Optimize website speed, security, and performance.
  • Integrate third-party tools (CRM, payment gateways, APIs).
  • Collaborate with designers, content teams, and project managers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites.
  • Mentor junior developers and review code for quality assurance.
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and REST API.
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, LMS, and membership plugins.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, cPanel/WHM, hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, caching, and security.
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
