What is it? The 9-Star Ranking System is a client review system where clients rate the performance of their campaigns on a scale from 1 to 10. A score of 9 or above reflects exceptional service and delivery.

How does it work?

• Collaborate with clients to define 5 Key Result Areas (KRAs) at the start of the project.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients to rate the team's performance based on these KRAs.
• Address scores below 9 by taking proactive actions to close performance gaps and improve results.

• Proficient in WordPress website design, updates, and maintenance. Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, and content management.
• Ability to build and customize responsive websites using WordPress. Knowledge of WordPress SEO optimization and website performance improvement.
• Develop High-Performance Websites: Build fast, responsive, and visually appealing websites optimized for real estate businesses.
• Optimize for SEO & Speed: Ensure a 90+ Google PageSpeed score and high Core Web Vitals performance across all client websites.
• Improve User Experience (UX/UI): Implement intuitive navigation, seamless mobile responsiveness, and engaging design elements that increase user retention by 35%
• Ensure Website Security & Maintenance: Regularly update plugins, resolve vulnerabilities, and keep websites running smoothly with 99.9% uptime.
• Enhance Lead Generation: Implement landing page best practices that increase conversion rates by at least 20% for real estate campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to align web development with digital marketing goals.
• Analyze & Improve Website Performance: Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Semrush to track website performance and suggest improvements.

Who You AreExperience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience on WordPress and website development, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing lead-generating websites.

Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, website speed optimization, and mobile-first development.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and tracking implementations.
