**Job Title**: SEO Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Strategy Development**: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost conversion rates.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target keywords that align with business goals.
- **On-Page Optimization**: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking, to ensure it aligns with SEO best practices.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content team to develop and optimize high-quality, SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engages the audience.
- **Technical SEO**: Work closely with the development team to identify and fix technical SEO issues, such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
- **Link Building**: Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps in our SEO strategy and capitalize on new opportunities.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and implement changes as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce SEO or managing large-scale SEO projects.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies and tools.
- Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads is an advantage.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
