*Job Summary:*

We're looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team and prepare authentic Hyderabad cuisine, including both veg and non-veg dishes. If you're passionate about cooking and want to showcase your skills, apply now

*Responsibilities:*

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Hyderabad dishes, including biryani, haleem, kebabs, curries, and more

  • Manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks

  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials

  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards

*Requirements:*

  • 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a senior role

  • Experience with Hyderabad cuisine and cooking techniques

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*Salary:* ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
