Job Summary
:

Frido is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our marketplace presence across key platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations, driving profitability, and enhancing visibility on multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Marketplace Management
    : Own and drive performance across various e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and BigBasket.
  • PnL Management:
    Full ownership of PnL for marketplace operations, ensuring profitable growth while managing costs, margins, and promotional spends.
  • Data Analytics & Insights
    : Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth, optimization of listings, pricing strategies, and marketing investments.
  • Amazon Seller Central & FBA Expertise
    : End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central, including order fulfillment, inventory planning, and managing FBA.
  • Flipkart FBB Operations
    : Expertise in handling Flipkart's fulfillment processes and vendor management.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management
    : Ensure proper inventory forecasting, stock availability, and minimizing out-of-stock situations while optimizing inventory levels.
  • Stakeholder Management
    : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, finance, supply chain) and external partners (vendors, platform account managers) to drive initiatives.
  • Key Account Management:
    Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring successful negotiations, promotions, and brand representation.
  • E-commerce Strategy Development:
    Develop strategies for increasing product visibility, sales growth, and brand equity on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Promotions & Campaign Management
    : Plan and execute promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns in alignment with platform-specific guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills
:

  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBB, and other marketplace tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in managing PnL, with a demonstrated ability to drive profitability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in inventory management, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications
:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the D2C startup environment or FMCG industry will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and BigBasket.
