Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy SDR who loves talking to people, identifying opportunities, and opening doors. You will be the first touchpoint for inbound & outbound leads — and play a key role in building a predictable revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify inbound leads & conduct discovery calls
  • Run targeted outbound outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email & LinkedIn
  • Understand customer pain-points and map solutions
  • Book product demos for the Sales Team
  • Maintain lead pipeline & CRM hygiene (Google Sheets + internal tools)
  • Share feedback with marketing & product teams to refine lead funnels
  • Track weekly/monthly outreach & conversion metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong ability in lead generation and sales operations.
  • Strong communication & confidence on calls
  • Hungry to learn sales & grow fast in a SaaS environment
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, design/architecture domain, or startup sales

The current founding team is having an experience of over 20 years in the industry and has left well-established careers to solve some industry problems in proptech. Our CEO (Ashish Dhingra) has been part of the Architecture Construction space for over 10 years and has spent over a decade in international banking. Our CPO (Kartik) is a proven product leader and was heading product in his earlier role at e-gurukul.
