Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development & Client Relations Specialist
to drive our expansion into new markets. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing leads, and positioning Magsmen's capabilities to prospective brands and business leaders. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in communicating how Magsmen can deliver strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries and geographies.
- Confidently conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking platforms.
- Lead Management & Conversion
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Ensure timely engagement, follow-ups, and consistent communication.
- Business Development Strategy
- Research target markets and industries to identify opportunities.
- Support the development of proposals and tailored client presentations.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for brand and business expansion.
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers.
- Act as the liaison between prospective clients and internal consulting teams.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with consulting, brand strategy, and leadership teams.
- Provide market insights and feedback to strengthen Magsmen's positioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales (preferably in consulting, marketing, or brand-related industries).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident in engaging with senior leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage leads, pipelines, and client outreach effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
