MapMyTutor is a leading EdTech coaching platform by MAP Systems offering structured and stress-free learning programs for IIT-JEE, NEET, and CET aspirants from Classes 8 to 12. With expert faculty, AI-driven personalized learning, and regular assessments, we aim to deliver high-quality academic outcomes through smart classrooms and dedicated mentorship. Our goal is to bridge the gap between school learning and competitive exam preparation with an affordable and effective solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective students and parents to promote coaching programs and schedule demo classes.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential students through outreach campaigns, school tie ups, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Follow-ups: Engage leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to convert interest into enrolments.
- Student Counselling: Guide students and parents on suitable academic tracks and program benefits.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records in the CRM and share daily/weekly updates with the team.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing seminars, demo classes, and school outreach programs. Competitor Research: Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or tele-calling (EdTech experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and MS Office.
