Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, presenting product demos, and providing technical support to potential clients. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving the adoption of our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Product Demonstrations:
    Conduct engaging and informative product demos to showcase the value of our digital healthcare solutions to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates on potential clients.
  • Technical Support:
    Provide initial technical support and answer queries from prospective clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Market Research:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
  • Sales Targets:
    Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital healthcare solutions and their applications in hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex software solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
