Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, located in Thane. The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies, identify and collaborate with social media influencers, and monitor campaign performance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, analyzing market trends, and working closely with the marketing team to align efforts with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and Social Media Management.
  • Proficiency in Research, Networking, and identifying and building relationships with influencers.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills.
  • Skills in Data Analysis, Analytics Tools, and Campaign Performance Evaluation.
  • Proven ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives and brand identity.
  • Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and influencer marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
