Marketing Manager - India & SEA

We are Hiring for a Software company who cater their services to Companies in the marine, industrial, and energy sectors trust Cadmatic software to design, build, and operate ships and complex industrial plants worldwide including shipyards, EPCs, owners-operators, and engineering firms.

Purpose:

The Marketing Manager, India & SEA, is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and sales pipe-line growth in the region. This role bridges global marketing strategy and local execution, ensuring that all field activ-ities are tailored to the unique needs of the region. The manager will partner closely with regional commercial organ-ization and global marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and programs that accelerate revenuegrowth and deepen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan and budget aligned with business goals and sales targets for India and South East Asia.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Localize global campaigns and messaging for maximum relevance and impact in the region.

Campaign & Event Execution

  • Plan and manage field events (conferences, seminars, roadshows, webinars) to generate leads and advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify target accounts and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Leverage digital and offline channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, email, local channels) for integrated campaigns.

Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with sales to provide tools, content, and insights that support pipeline progression.
  • Gather feedback from sales and customers to continuously improve marketing programs.
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance (leads, pipeline, ROI).
  • Use data to optimize activities and demonstrate marketings impact on revenue.
  • Manage the field marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
