Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage daily accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle GST calculations, filing, and compliance as per government regulations.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense management.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an educational institute or training center is a plus.
