Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control functions. The Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting business decisions through insightful financial analysis and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop, implement, and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support strategic planning with financial insights.

Accounting & Reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Develop strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate laws, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Identify financial risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the finance team to support their development and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • [1-3] years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least [2] years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Excel).
