Position Overview: The Accounts manager is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the finance department in budgeting, audits, and reporting.

  1. Responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records in Tally/ ERP system.

  2. Hire, train, coach & motivate accounts/ finance team to achieve goals & foster a positive work environment.

  3. Manage accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.

  4. Prepare & verify invoices, bills & vouchers.

  5. Responsible for the cash flow management for the organization.

  6. Scheduling monthly accounts/ finance meetings & preparing a payment plan.

  7. Ensuring systematic storage and accessibility of documents prepared within the accounts team.

  8. Manage bank reconciliations and petty cash.

  9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  10. Support internal and external audits.

  11. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.)

  12. Assist in payroll processing and expense management.

  13. Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions.

  14. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments.
