Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in food safety management, with a focus on implementing processes that adhere to international standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000, crucial for managing comprehensive food safety systems within our production facilities.
  • Experience in quality assurance, ensuring every process meets the high standards set by the industry and the company.
  • Strong background in quality control to consistently manage and enhance product integrity and safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in team management, guiding and developing team members for efficiency and growth.
  • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities to inspire and drive the team toward achieving quality objectives.
  • Ability to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures to mitigate these effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with various departments, enhancing coordination and overall performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality control and assurance department to maintain superior rice quality standards.

  • Supervise and train the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality protocols.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to address quality issues and promote consistency in processes.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing detailed reports for senior management review.
  • Ensure all quality policies and regulations are up-to-date and effectively communicated throughout the organization.
