Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven International Sales Executive to join our team at RHP Group of Companies, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international clients, generating overseas leads, and managing end-to-end export sales processes — preferably within the cosmetics, herbal, or personal care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage international sales inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Generate new business leads from overseas markets via B2B portals, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and documentation teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation.
- Stay updated on INCOTERMS, export procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Have a strong knowledge of cosmetics, herbal, and related products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical details to clients.
- Demonstrate good product understanding to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned international sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in international sales or export marketing (preferably in cosmetics/herbal/FMCG industry).
- Candidates having prior experience or exposure in R&D (Research & Development) of cosmetics or herbal products will be strongly preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and B2B portals (Alibaba, Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc.).
- Knowledge of export documentation and global trade practices.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented individual.

Commensurate with experience and industry standards
