Job Title: Social Media Expert

Location: Ahmedabad (Multiple Branches)

Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 3-5 years

Job Summary: We are a growing F&B group managing two exciting brands – Table Tales, a popular restaurant in Ahmedabad, and Kashi, a modern Indian fusion sweets brand in Dubai. We are looking for a creative and organized Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can lead our digital presence, craft engaging stories, and manage content calendars across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and ideas for content (photos, videos, graphics, reels, posts, stories).
  • Plan and execute a weekly & monthly content calendar for both brands.
  • Coordinate with videographer, editor, and graphic designer to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Manage Instagram accounts for both Table Tales & Kashi.
  • Ensure consistent posting and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, track insights, and suggest content improvements.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and queries on social media.
  • Handle customer feedback and reviews on different social media platforms professionally.
  • Share insights with the management team for service improvements.
  • Work closely with marketing team, chefs, and creative partners to execute campaigns.
  • Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with food trends and audience interests.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (preferably in F&B or lifestyle brands).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, reels, trending formats, and food-related digital content.
  • Basic understanding of customer interaction and online reputation management.
  • Excellent coordination & communication skills to manage freelancers/design team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
