MY SOLAR is a fast-growing solar manufacturing company committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We provide complete solar BOS material solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

What You'll Do:


• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals


• Create and manage content calendars (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)


• Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads


• Track, analyze, and report social performance (engagement, reach, leads, ROI)


• Engage with community – respond to comments, messages, and industry posts


• Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams for campaign alignment


• Stay updated on trends, platforms, and performance tools

What We're Looking For:


• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B/solar preferred)


• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads


• Strong content creation, writing, and visual storytelling skills


• Bachelor's in Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field


• Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and performance metrics

Bonus Skills:


• Basic SEO for social media


• Experience with WhatsApp Business and email marketing tools


• Knowledge of solar or renewable energy industry

You'll Be Measured On:


• Consistent post frequency and content quality


• Growth in engagement, followers, and leads


• Campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROI)


• Social media's contribution to brand visibility and sales
