We combine creativity, data, and strategy to deliver real business results. We're seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist who can build strong online brand presence, craft engaging campaigns, and manage multiple platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Manage and optimize brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Create and manage content calendars, post scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality posts, reels, videos, and stories.
  • Run and analyze paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc.) to enhance content productivity and creativity.
  • Track analytics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates.
  • Engage with online communities, manage comments/messages, and build authentic relationships with audiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Social Media Management (preferably in an agency).
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Proficiency in content planning, ad management, and social media analytics.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and content creation apps.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
