  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity & needs (for our services and product)

  • Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, videos) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand

  • Managing a good volume of daily social media posts - including interacting with the right audience and researching good content to post

  • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events

  • Creating podcasts and conducting on-call interviews for blogs and social media

  • Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance

  • Use data to analyses whats working and not and make changes to content strategy accordingly

  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on social media marketing efforts

  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results

  • Staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices

  • Performing other duties when needed

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a start-up, or agency setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent people skills.

  • Should be skilled to work in a team environment as the role requires coordination with multiple team members.

  • Thorough understanding of social media management, strategy, & planning.

  • Experience with social media analytics and improvisation on the basis of same.

  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
