Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Marketer to manage social media marketing, content research, marketing operations, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate has strong analytical thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social media marketing: manage posting, engagement, and brand presence across platforms
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Conduct content research to identify trends, ideas, and competitor insights
  • Handle marketing operations, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results
  • Support content creation with briefs, captions, and strategic input

Requirements

  • Experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Knowledge of major social platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to research trends and create content ideas
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work across teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
