About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Sr. Account Manager to lead our key client relationships, particularly in the BFSI sector. You will be the primary point of contact, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and a leader for our internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction while driving seamless project delivery and agency growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the agency, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and objectives to provide strategic marketing counsel.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for the creative, content, and digital teams.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring deliverables are high-quality and on schedule.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategies are implemented flawlessly.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an account management role at a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Essential:
    Proven experience managing clients in the BFSI, Fintech, or wealth management sector.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing (digital, social, creative, content).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CRM.
