Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager / Manager in Key Account Management – Insurtech (Insurance) located in Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the insurance sector, nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include strategizing and executing account plans, coordinating with Senior executives at client's end, engage with internal teams and driving business development and farming activities.

ROLE
- Account Management (Insurance Companies)

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in Digital partnerships, SaaS sales, B2B partnerships (insurance), Insuretech, Fintech, Key Account Management, Digital enablement etc.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY
- Retain, Develop and Grow new business from existing clients (Insurers and Insurtech's).

KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS -

  1. Knowing, Building and Developing relationships with CXO's and Functional heads across Insurers and Insurtech's

  2. Understanding of Insurance process and ability to converse in a consultative framework

  3. Frequent job changes - a no qualification

  4. Sales / Client management experience is a must have requirement

  5. Experience - Min 6 years. Max 12 years
