Job Title: Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Onsite)
Experience: 7-10 Years
Reporting To: Senior Management / Director
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle across PAN India from sourcing to onboarding (JD creation, job postings, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiations).
- Identify and engage top talent through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Responsible for developing strategic HR Plans, driving Talent acquisition, managing employee relations and create high performance work culture.
- Implement and oversee HR KPI to support operational efficiency and Growth
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters and handle employee documentation.
- Facilitate smooth on boarding and orientation of new employees
- Monitor and control recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand role requirements and culture fit.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Supervise and guide team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Develop and manage performance management systems and processes.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Oversee payroll and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Lead HR Operations, Policy implementation and Development
Employee Engagement & Development:
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
- Identify development needs and organize learning initiatives for staff at various levels.
- Design and implement training programs to upskill staff across departments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Proven track record in high-volume and leadership hiring.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Experience in Logistic, Transportation Industry is an advantage
