We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr Manager – Finance & Administration to oversee financial operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and administration, capable of managing day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic planning and compliance.
Job Description: Sr Manager – Finance & Administration Position Title: Sr Manager – Finance & Administration Experience: 5-8 years Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Reporting to: Group Financial Controller & Partner Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
Key Responsibilities
➢ Finance Management
• Lead end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, MIS reporting and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual standalone and consolidated financial statements and reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities.
• Liaising with bankers to negotiate, renew or increase credit facilities.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, trade transactions (import and export), bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets and forecasts; conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies
➢ Administration Oversight
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations related to procurement, asset management, and workplace safety.
• Manage contracts, leases, and service agreements with vendors and third-party providers.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness across administrative processes.
• Supervise procurement and vendor management processes ensuring transparency and efficiency
• Oversee general administration functions including office management, facilities, compliance, and support services
➢ Team Leadership & Coordination
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate finance and administration activities for organizational effectiveness
• Mentor, train, and supervise junior staff in finance and administration functions, fostering team development
Required Skills and Experience
➢ Qualifications & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and administration roles, preferably in mid-sized organizations.
• Proven ability to manage financial systems, audit procedures and oversee administrative operations.
• Strong understanding of compliance, taxation, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, primarily Tally Prime, and MS Office Suite, especially MS EXCEL

Prior experience in finance and administration functions in Financial Services and Trading Industry will be preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiencies.
