Education Qualification
:- Graduate / Perusing Chartered Accountancy (CA) / MBA Finance / Cost Accountancy

Experience :-
1-2 years' experience in Accounts and Finance .

Key Responsibilities/ Job Role :-

  • The activities expected from a finance department cover a wide range from basic bookkeeping to providing information to stake holder in making strategic decisions.
  • ·      To contribute to the management and improvement of the operations by measuring and reporting regularly on key numbers crucial to the success of the organization.
  • ·      Accounting treatment of day to day transactions.
  • ·      Accounting treatment of critical issues.
  • ·      Processing of Payments
  • ·      To do day to day accounting entries
  • ·      'Debtors Ledger, Creditors Ledger, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payroll & Employee Benefits ( Monthly entries), Purchase of goods and Services.
  • ·      Making day to day payments relating to Employee / Service provider / vendor.
  • ·      To do Monthly closing of Accounts by 15 of next month- MIS.
  • ·      Timely statutory compliance- Statutory Audit and Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Statutory Payments.
  • ·      To prepare yearly / quarterly / Monthly budgets (it includes collection of Sales budget from Marketing Team).
  • ·      Bank related compliances.- Submitting Monthly stock / creditors/ Receivables statement,
