ServiceNow Product Configuration Analyst (Contract – Remote)

Location: Remote (occasional client visits – 1–2 times/month)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Budget: Up to ₹80,000/month

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Product Configuration Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure new ServiceNow products and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, or other new products).
  • Gather business requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into effective configurations.
  • Implement new ServiceNow products and features, ensuring scalability and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Document configurations, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and product owners to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and releases.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration and administration experience

Expertise in at least two modules (HRSD, ITOM, CSM, FSM, SecOps, GRC, ITBM)

Proficiency in Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Service Catalog, and Integrations

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting tools

Strong understanding of ITIL processes & service management best practices

Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)

ServiceNow CSA certification required (CIS certifications preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (must have)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
