Servicenow Tester

Job Role: ServiceNow Tester (ITSM)

Experience Required: 2-4 years relevant experience in ServiceNow Tester

Qualification: Any UG/PG Degree

Location: Chennai (Remote)

Salary Offered: ₹5- ₹8 LPA

Time Shift - 3pm to 12 am

Joining: Immediate

**Interview Process (Rounds in Detail)**: Technical round 1, Technical round 2, Final Technical/Manager round (Subject to change/Will be handled by client), HR round

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or ServiceNow Test Management.
- Automate test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or other automation tools.
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Validate ServiceNow modules ITSM (ITSM hands-on experience is a must).
- Provide detailed test reports and recommend improvements based on test results.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards in testing.
- Hands-on in integration testing.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-4+ years of experience in ServiceNow testing or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow Test Management for defect tracking.
- Good understanding of REST API testing and validation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Added advantage
- Experience in testing ServiceNow upgrades and patch releases.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
