About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support requests from customers.
  • Assist customers with product-related queries, issues, and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Work closely with the team to improve customer experience.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.
