Designation: VP - Workday Data Analyst

  • Investigate and analyze data issues related to data quality, lineage, controls, and identifying authoritative data sources to ensure consistent and reliable data.
  • Conduct data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for detailed analysis and reporting.
  • Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
  • Document data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
Desired Profile
  • At least 5-7 years in roles related to data analysis, data governance, business intelligence, or similar areas.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.
  • Familiarity with Workday Prism for analytics and data architecture, and experience integrating and managing data within the Workday environment.
  • Workday functional knowledge (especially HR modules) and hands-on experience in working with Workday data and technology.
