Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting functions, strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST compliance, and direct/indirect taxation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP
- Prepare and maintain financial records including invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations
- Handle GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns
- Assist in TDS computation and return filing
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain documentation and support for all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- 14 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
- Proficient in Tally ERP (latest version)
- Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS, and other taxation regulations
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with CA firms or SMEs
- Knowledge of E-way bills, PF, ESIC, and ROC filings is a plus
- Familiarity with basic audit procedures
Salary: As per industry standards Joining: Immediate to 30 days preferred
