Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Experience Required: 4+ Years in SAP HCM Payroll

Location: Pune onsite

Role & responsibilities

SAP HCM Consultant | 4- 9 Years Experience

Experienced SAP HCM Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in core HR processes including Employee Payroll, Positive Time Management, Leave Management, and Leave Encashment. Proven ability to support and execute Year-End and Fiscal Year-End processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll and time data.

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and error-free HR solutions. Adept at communicating effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders in fluent English, facilitating smooth project execution and end-user support.
