We are currently looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Lead Architect to join a fast-growing product-based organisation in Pune (Baner).

The Digital Workplace Lead Architect will drive the enterprise-wide strategy, architecture, and innovation for the modern workplace ecosystem. This role will provide architectural leadership across endpoint management, collaboration platforms, unified communications, and OT/IT integration — ensuring a cohesive, secure, and future-ready digital experience for all users, from office to plant floor

Role: Digital Workplace Lead Architect

Location: Pune (Baner Location)

Key Requirements:

  • 14+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture or workplace strategy roles.
  • Define and own the global digital workplace architecture, ensuring a seamless, secure, and user-centric environment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of domain architects across M365, endpoint/MDM, and OT/IT integration areas.
  • Ensure interoperability across platforms like Intune, Teams Voice, OT systems, MES/ERP, and cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of identity, access management, zero trust, cloud platforms, and mobile-first strategies.
  • Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma principles.
  • Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Agile delivery frameworks.
