Role Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue expansion. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and client-centric professional with a deep understanding of management consulting services and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting verticals (HR, Strategy, Process, Operations, and Technology) - Manage Client acquisition , Revneue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create and implement business development plans aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
  • Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop customized solutions.
  • Coordinate with consulting, marketing, and project management teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the firm.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business growth, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and proposal creation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
