Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue expansion. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and client-centric professional with a deep understanding of management consulting services and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across consulting verticals (HR, Strategy, Process, Operations, and Technology) - Manage Client acquisition , Revneue targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and implement business development plans aligned with the firm's growth strategy.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal consulting teams to develop customized solutions.
- Coordinate with consulting, marketing, and project management teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to represent the firm.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client data, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Prepare periodic reports on business growth, client engagement, and revenue forecasts.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of management consulting services and business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and proposal creation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
