JD Business Development Manager Job Type Full-Time Mode Work from Office Night shift Location Jaipur About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE with at least 1 year of experience to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth This role requires strong communication skills strategic thinking and a proactive approach to business development Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research networking and outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Generate leads through cold calling email campaigns and social media engagement Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products services Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients Negotiate contracts pricing and business terms with clients Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market conditions Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field 1 year of experience in business development sales or a related role Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus Ability to work independently as well as in a team Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales or corporate partnerships Knowledge of digital marketing and sales automation tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
