**Job Position - Talent Acquisition - HR Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
- Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven talent acquisition experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
