Client Acquisition Manager
with a 100% focus on
sales and business development
to join us.The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in acquiring clients for IT contract staffing services and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by expanding our client base across India.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients seeking IT contract staffing solutions
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.
- Build strategic relationships with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and HR leaders.
- Execute account penetration strategies to convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
- Sales Ownership & Target Achievement
- Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records to track performance and progress.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Selling
- Research and analyze the IT staffing market to identify trends, pricing structures, and emerging client needs.
- Develop customized sales pitches and proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Continuously refine sales strategies based on market feedback and competitive insights.
- Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring business.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence.
- Ensure a strong customer experience and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Partner with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide client feedback to improve service offerings, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile / Prerequisites
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
3–15+ years of total experience in sales and business development.
Minimum 5+ years of proven success in IT contract staffing or workforce solutions within the Indian market.
Skills & Competencies:
Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and closing large staffing deals.
- Strong understanding of IT contract staffing dynamics—pricing models, talent supply chain, and industry benchmarks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with high accountability.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
