We are seeking a highly driven Client Acquisition Manager with a 100% focus on sales and business development to join us.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring clients for IT contract staffing services and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by expanding our client base across India.
Key Responsibilities1. New Client Acquisition
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients seeking IT contract staffing solutions
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on high-value enterprise accounts.
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and HR leaders.
Execute account penetration strategies to convert prospects into long-term business partnerships.
Take complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records to track performance and progress.
Research and analyze the IT staffing market to identify trends, pricing structures, and emerging client needs.
Develop customized sales pitches and proposals aligned with client objectives.
Continuously refine sales strategies based on market feedback and competitive insights.
Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring business.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and market presence.
Ensure a strong customer experience and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Partner with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Provide client feedback to improve service offerings, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
3–15+ years of total experience in sales and business development.
Minimum 5+ years of proven success in IT contract staffing or workforce solutions within the Indian market.
Skills & Competencies:
Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise clients and closing large staffing deals.
Strong understanding of IT contract staffing dynamics—pricing models, talent supply chain, and industry benchmarks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with high accountability.
Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
