Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance, handling incidents, and supporting clients on our SaaS platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.
Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Employment Type: Work from office (Full time).
Shift: Rotational (including night shifts).
Key Responsibilities:
•
Monitor system health and alerts. Review logs and identify issues or anomalies.
•
Manage and resolve incidents, maintain proper records.
•
Provide basic technical support and coordinate with tech teams for escalations.
•
Provide technical assistance on the SaaS platform, including UI navigation and basic troubleshooting.
•
Create, manage, and resolve support tickets for issues arising during client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Willingness to learn SaaS applications, UI navigation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and technically evolving environment.
