Key Responsibilities:

 Provide L1 technical support to global customers on graphics cards, GPU drivers, display

issues, and performance troubleshooting.

 Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat support to resolve technical queries effectively.

 Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel

graphics cards.

 Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and ensure first-call resolution where

possible.

 Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical teams when required.

 Maintain detailed case logs and ensure proper documentation in ticketing tools.

 Deliver excellent customer experience with clear communication and empathy.

Required Skills and Experience:

 1–4 years of hands on experience in technical support (not helpdesk).

 Strong knowledge of graphics card installation, configuration, drivers, and troubleshooting.

 Familiar with Windows OS, BIOS settings, display adapters, and hardware compatibility.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

 Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk is an advantage.

 Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts).

 Immediate joiners only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹450,000.00 per year
