Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Location: Brookfield, Bengaluru

Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA

Work Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Days Weekly Off )

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and tickets to assist international customers with technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, or network-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document all interactions and update issue details in CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets related to resolution rate, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex technical problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, security policies, and communication protocols at all times.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (preferably US/UK clients).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, software, and basic networking concepts.
  • Willingness to work in US /UK shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical support is mandatory
