Social Media Manager (Chennai-based)

Do you love creating content that actually makes people stop scrolling? At Dozers
, we're looking for a 
Social Media Manager
 who not only understands platforms and trends but also has the creative chops in 
Photoshop and video editing
to bring ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content for 
    Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
    .
  • Write 
    engaging captions and storytelling posts
     aligned with each brand's tone.
  • Design 
    visually striking posters, carousels, and graphics
     in Photoshop.
  • Edit short-form videos/Reels that align with trends and client requirements.
  • Monitor trends and execute 
    relevant, viral content strategies
    .
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and 
    build online communities
    .
  • Track analytics, measure performance, and 
    optimize campaigns
    .
  • Work closely with videographers, editors, and clients on campaigns and shoots.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong skills in 
    Photoshop
     (mandatory).
  • Basic to intermediate video editing
     skills (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut).
  • Creativity and a strong sense of 
    visual aesthetics + trend awareness
    .
  • Writing & communication skills (English & Tamil).
  • Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • 1–2 years of experience preferred, but 
    freshers with strong portfolios
     can apply.
