Job Summary:

We are looking for a Hotel Management Executive to manage the daily operations of our premium guest living property. The role involves ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding hospitality standards similar to a 5-star property.

The ideal candidate should be service-oriented, well-groomed, and capable of handling guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room readiness.
  • Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
  • Handle guest interactions, feedback, and service requests with a positive attitude.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for smooth property operations.
  • Maintain daily occupancy reports, inventory records, and service updates.
  • Oversee hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards across the property.
  • Support billing, vendor coordination, and internal communication as required.
  • Ensure guest privacy and company service policies are strictly followed.
  • Strive for guest satisfaction through consistent and quality service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality operations or guest management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, reporting tools).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Professional attire and grooming are mandatory at all times.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and flexible hours.
