Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gurugram, with some work from home acceptable, for an HR & Executive Assistant to the Founder. The day-to-day tasks include providing executive administrative assistance, handling expense reports, executive support, and administrative assistance. The role requires excellent communication skills and involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Manager founder's calendar, work, requirements, hiring, and overall help the founder to manage his time and efforts.
Qualifications
- Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experience with Expense Reports and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
