  • Branch Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, achieve business objectives, and generate revenue from various banking products.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage the branch's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, focusing on profitability, increasing net interest income (NII), and controlling costs.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive customer experience, resolve complaints efficiently, and enhance the value proposition for high-net-worth clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all regulatory requirements, audit standards, and the bank's internal policies and procedures.
