The Branch manager is responsible for the overall supervision, performance, sales and daily operations of the branch. This includes team leadership, patient satisfaction, staff management, business development and ensuring high serive standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

· Complete responsibility for the branch's operation, Sales and others.

· Maintain branch records and documentation.

· Assign daily targets to Tele callers, Nurses, and Housekeeping staff.

· Responsible for billing, treatment sales, and product sales.

· Submit hourly updates and day-end reports.

· Manage cash and vouchers.

· Ensure staff follow grooming standards and wear uniforms.

· Oversee and ensure accurate billing procedures.

· Daily HK checklists must be reviewed and signed by Branch Managers.

· Completed files and records must be sent to the Chennai branch.

· Forms, Branch Files and Expense cash voucher should be clear and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare management, or relavant field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Healthcare
