Sales Executive – Building Signage
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of our comprehensive range of building and facility signage solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with architects, building departments, retail brands, and chain stores, while promoting our innovative signage systems including facility information signage, fire & safety signage, architectural signage, tourism signage, retail modular sign stands, poster frames, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets including architects, consultants, builders, facility managers, retail brands, and chain stores.
- Meet regularly with key decision-makers in building departments, retail chains, and project management teams to present signage solutions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations for clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, building materials, or architectural products.
- Strong network with architects, retail brands, and building contractors will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
