**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist senior sales executives in identifying new business opportunities and generating leads.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Address client inquiries and provide product or service information to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the team in ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Assist in tracking sales metrics and preparing reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that drive lead generation.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position the company’s offerings strategically.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years
